About the therapist...

Cindy Reynolds, a licensed marriage and family therapist, has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in Wichita, KS and a Bachelor's Degree in English Education from Wichita State University in Wichita. Cindy has been married for 19 years and has three children. She has been a member of the First Baptist Church for most of her life and still attends FBC with her family. After spending several years as a middle school teacher, Cindy has a special commitment to children, adolescents, and education. She believes, however, that the therapy she provides can be a support for her clients wherever they are on their journey to a better quality of life. Above all, Cindy has a deep commitment to serving God through her work with clients and purposes to instill hope in those she sees in therapy.

About the therapy...

Cindy has been trained in a "systems perspecive" which involves models and approaches to therapy that are always mindful and aware of the importance and influence of the family whether the individual, couple or family is being treated.

Cindy has worked with clients of a variety of ages and circumstances and understands that each case has a unique set of dynamics.

With only a few exceptions, as defined by Kansas Law, Cindy is bound by the Code of Ethics of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy to uphold strict confidentiality between the client and herself as the therapist.
