First Baptist Church Preschool
| Our preschool exists to provide a loving, caring Christian environment so that preschool children may be given the opportunities to develop and enhance their skills at the child's level. CURRICULUM - Organized and individual activities are planned for the children throughout the day. These activities will emphasize the emotional, physical, mental, and social development of the child. The child will benefit from varied, concrete experiences for his/her continuing education. Our program promotes growth in the following areas:

| CREDENTIALS - The First Baptist Church Preschool is licensed by the State of Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Bureau of Maternal and Child Health. Our license is displayed in our preschool office. Our staff is certified in many areas of Early Child Development and are required yearly to obtain continuing education hours. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| SERVICES - Count Your Kids In: Free developmental screening for infants and preschool children. Screening is sponsored by Butler County School Board Council, Special Education Program, and authorized by Kansas State Department of Education. The purpose is to help parents identify potential learning problems and find resources to help with those problems. Kindergarten Readiness: Informational briefing for parents on what you need to know about kindergarten and some pre-kindergarten counseling is also available. |

Enrollment Requirements: A child must be 3 by August 31st or 4 by August 31st. Must be toilet trained and current on all immunizations. |
