8/2 BACK TO SCHOOL EVENT: 2-4 PM, hosted at the Robinson Community Center with Bright Futures Augusta and Augusta Local Churches.  If you need help with school supplies, and a backpack contact Beth Wallingford at the First United Methodist Church for an online form, at 316-775-1116.  Haircuts will be available the day of the event.  Our church will be collecting shoes and socks to be distributed the day of the event. Look for the table in the foyer with needed shoes sizes. Please purchase a pair of socks in the same size as the shoe to return with your shoe donation.  Volunteers will be needed the day of the event to help distribute shoes and treats.  To volunteer CLICK here to contact Wanda Partin.
